At the XX regular session of the SO, BS councilor Mr. Mirsad Feleć, based on Article 66 of the Rules of Procedure of the SO, asked the committee's question which reads:

At the session of the Board of Directors held on December 24, 2012, the budget of the municipality of Rožaje for 2013 was adopted, in which the planned expenditure in position 431 - transfers to JP Communal is planned to be EUR 90,000.00, while the same Assembly at the session held on 24.01.2013. adopted the Work Program of JP Komalno
