Competencies of the Administration of Local Public Revenues:
Performs administrative tasks related to the determination, control and collection of local public revenues (taxes, surcharges, fees and fees), namely: real estate tax, company tax, surcharge on the income tax of natural persons, local fees and fees for the use of municipal roads and construction land, membership contribution to TOR, adoption of decisions on determining obligations based on local public revenues in accordance with legal and by-law regulations, analysis of the level and effect of realized revenues in cooperation with the Secretariat for Finance, maintaining the register of taxpayers and regularly reconciling the state of the register with the register of immovable property managed by the republican real estate authority, prescribing the form and content of tax returns, taking measures to collect local public revenues (mortgage, pledge, prohibition, transfer of funds through the debtor's account, debt collection from the debtor's property), passing a decision on undertaking measures of inspection supervision in in accordance with the law, performs other tasks within the jurisdiction of the Municipality in this area.
