Tourist organization Rožaje performs tasks related to :
- Improvement and promotion of the original values of the municipal area in the function of tourism development,
- Creating conditions for the activation of tourist resources on the territory of the municipality,
- Cooperation with legal and natural persons whose business is tourism-hospitality or its complementary activity in order to agree, determine and implement the tourism development policy on the territory of the municipality,
- Encouraging, coordinating and organizing cultural, artistic, entertainment, economic, sports and other events and manifestations, which contribute to enriching the tourist offer,
- Encouraging the activation of areas of the municipality that are not or are insufficiently involved in tourist traffic,
- Encouraging and organizing actions aimed at protecting and preserving the tourist area, environment and cultural heritage,
- Implementation of a program of activities for the stay of study groups and journalists on the territory of the municipality, which are in the function of tourism development and tourist propaganda,
- Tourist organization - info. offices in tourist places, for which the need is assessed,
- Registration and monitoring of tourist traffic on the territory of the municipality,
- Cooperation with the bodies and bodies of local administration in order to adopt and implement local measures to improve the conditions of stay of tourists in the territory of the municipality,
- Cooperation with local associations and non-governmental organizations in the field of tourism and hospitality and their complementary activities,
- Cooperation with the National Tourist Organization and local tourist organizations,
- Conducting surveys and other research in order to determine the quality assessment of the tourist product on the territory of the municipality,
- Preparation of reports, analysis and information for the needs of the National Tourist Organization,
- Preparation of reports, analysis and information for the needs of local self-government,
- Cooperation with the same or similar organizations outside the country,
- Carrying out other tasks in order to promote the tourist product on the territory of the municipality.
