The Assembly Service performs professional and other tasks for the needs of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, the working bodies of the Assembly, councilors in the Assembly, the Ethics Commission for elected representatives and officials in local self-government and certain tasks for councilors' clubs.
The service, in cooperation with and through municipal bodies of local administration, performs:
- tasks of organization, preparation and processing of Assembly sessions,
- administrative and technical tasks for working bodies,
- administrative and technical tasks for the needs of the club of councilors in connection with the performance of councilor functions,
- protocol affairs for the needs of the Assembly,
- provides legal and professional assistance for the needs of the work of councilors and working bodies,
- drafts the texts of adopted acts (decisions, recommendations, conclusions...) and prepares them for their publication in the "Official List of the Republic of Montenegro" - municipal regulations.
- prepares, arranges and stores regulations and other acts passed by the Assembly,
- performs other professional and administrative-technical tasks at the request of the Assembly and the President of the Assembly.
