Ešef Husić's defense question from the XXI regular session of the SO

At the XXI regular session of the SO, BS councilor Mr. Ešef Husić, on the basis of Article 66 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, asked a committee question that reads:

Did and who approved for the second time the disposal of municipal waste at the already unkempt, unsanitary, temporary landfill "Njeguši" from the territory of the municipality of Berane? has the obligation established by law to record waste been carried out?
