Nurković and Zenka signed the Memorandum of Understanding

President of the municipality Rozaje Ejup Nurković and his associates received it delegation from the Ministry of Human and Minority Rights of Montenegro led by Minister Mehmed Zenko.

 

During the meeting there was a wordand the process of opening and implementing the provisions of the current negotiation chapters that define the area human and minority rights and review of the results achieved by Montenegro on the road to rapprochement to the European Union.

Starting from the Action Plan for the implementation of activities from Chapter 23. "Judiciary and fundamental human rights."" which was adopted by the Government of Montenegro in September in 2013, as well as numerous others European conventions and recommendation, and domestic legal provisions, Nurković and Zenka, on behalf of Ministries and lolocal self-government, they signed an Agreement of Understanding on this occasion which determines the measures in the fight against various forms of discrimination.

 

The basis of the Agreement is based on the principle that human rights universal and available to all people regardless of any personal property, that they cannot be applied selectively and that they are guaranteed by international and national legal instruments, the message is from a meeting.
