Based on Art. 4 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje, ("SL. List of the Republic of Montenegro" - the Republic of Montenegro Municipal Proposals No. 9/11), Art. 23 and 24 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro" No. 42/2003, 28/2004, 75/2005, and "Official Gazette of Montenegro, No. 88/2009, 3/2010, 38/2012, 57 /2014 and 3/2016) The Secretariat for the General Administration of the Municipality of Rožaje announces:
