Public competition for co-financing of the Sports Clubs Work Program for 2016

Subject Competition is the distribution of financial resources from the budget of the municipality of Rožaje to sports clubs registered in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje. Funds provided by the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2016 for the co-financing of the Work Program of Sports Organizations in the amount of 150.000,00 euros will be distributed in accordance with the Decision on the co-financing of sports in the Municipality of Rožaje.

Sports clubs that meet the following conditions have the right to participate in the Competition:

• that they are registered in the territory of the municipality of Rožaje in accordance with the law, that they compete in the disciplines in which a unique competition system is regulated within the official parent sports association and

• that they are registered in the municipal register of sports clubs, based on the public invitation that was published on the website of the municipality of Rožaje in the period from 20.11.2015. year to 05.12.2015. years.

Sports clubs that received financial resources from the Rožaje Municipality Budget for 2015 are required to submit a report on approved and realized funds (invoices, bank statements, etc.).

More detailed criteria for the allocation of funds to sports clubs according to the Decision on co-financing of sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 38/15) are:

• social importance of sports discipline,

• massiveness,

• competition rank, number of registered competition leagues, age categories, place in the competition season, CUP competition and other achieved results,

• equal participation of men and women,

• organization of national and international competitions,

• scoring of Olympic sports,

• criterion for the existence of the club (tradition),

• scoring of team and individual placement of age categories and achieved results at national and international competitions.

Application for the Competition is submitted on the prescribed form of the Secretariat for Culture, Social Activities and Sports of the Municipality of Rožaje, on which the documents required for application for the competition are specified.

The application form can be downloaded from the office of the Secretariat for Culture, Social Activities and Sports of the Municipality of Rožaje.

The competition is open for 15 days from the day of publication in the media and lasts from 12.01.2016. year to   27.01.2016. years.

The competition application with the requested documentation is submitted in a sealed envelope through the Rožaje municipality office to the address: Rožaje municipality - Secretariat for culture, social activities and sports with the indication "Sport competition".

Late and incomplete applications will not be considered.
