XI regular session of the SO

The following agenda was adopted for the XI regular session:
1. Consideration and adoption of the report on the work of the President of the Municipality for 2011;
2. Consideration and adoption of the Decision on credit indebtedness of the municipality of Rožaje;
3. Consideration and adoption of the Annual Report on the state of spatial planning for 2011;
4. Consideration and adoption of the One-year spatial planning program for 2012;
5. Consideration and adoption of the Annual Plan for temporary facilities for 2012;
6. Consideration and adoption of the Decision on adoption of a local action plan for the municipality of Rožaje for the period 2012-2017;
7. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the formation of the Council of the Public Institution "Narodna biblioteka Rožaje";
8. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on determining the public interest in the expropriation of real estate for the construction of "Carine" street;
9. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the sale of construction land;
10. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on granting consent for the conclusion of a judicial or extrajudicial settlement as proposed by Škrijelj Sait and Džafer from Rožaj;
11. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on dismissal and appointment of a member of the Committee for Inter-Municipal and International Cooperation;
