The third regular session of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly on Monday, September 24

In accordance with the Rules of Procedure, the President of the Rožaje Municipal Assembly, Almir Avdić, scheduled the third regular session of the Rožaje Municipal Assembly for the 24th. September.

The proposal of the agenda consisting of 13 items was also agreed upon, among which is the one that refers to the consideration and adoption of the Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2018. At the same session, the proposal of the Decision on municipal debt will be considered.

We remind you that the third regular session of the local parliament was previously scheduled for September 13, but it was postponed due to the lack of a quorum for decision-making, as several councilors of the Bosniak Party reported their absence due to, as stated in the explanation, previously assumed obligations.

I propose the following for the session

 

AGENDA:

 

1. Filling vacant board positions;
2. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the Final Account of the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2016;
3. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amendments to the Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2017;
4. Consideration and adoption of the Decision on Confirmation of the Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2018;
5. Consideration and adoption of the Report on the work of the President of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2017 with a report on the performance of local self-government functions;
6. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on compensation for communal equipment of construction land for illegal structures;
7. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on the adoption of the DUP - a "Banžovo brdo - Phase I";
8. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on the adoption of the DUP - a "Banžovo brdo - Phase II";
9. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on the adoption of a local study of the "Jela" location;
10. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on the adoption of a local study of the location "Hajla i Štedim";
11. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the confirmation of the Decision on the declaration of a Business Zone;
12. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the rehabilitation program of the municipal public finances of the municipality of Rožaje;
13. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on credit indebtedness of the municipality of Rožaje.
