We inform the citizens of the municipality of Rožaje that on May 16, 2016, Rožaje will host the international team of runners of the PEACE RACE - the longest relay race in the world, which runs through 150 countries around the world (49 European countries).

The Peace Run is a non-profit initiative organized and run exclusively by volunteers with the simple aim of encouraging the development of goodwill between peoples and nations. The Peace Run does not seek to raise money or promote any political cause. Everyone can take part, athletes and recreational people, young and old. The TRKE MIRA team arrives in Rožaje around 10 am. Let's get together, let's welcome the Peace Runners to our city. Carry the torch for a few steps, a few meters or a few kilometers, or simply go out to cheer on the runners.
