Regional training - "Everything in one place" in Rožaje
Forum young people and non-formal education (Forum MNE) with partners Civic Youth Initiative Rožaje is organizing a regional training that will gather around 50 young people from Serbia (Novi Pazar, Sjenica, Tutin) and Montenegro (Rožaje, Bijelo Polje, Berane).
Young people from this cross-border region began their journey towards greater chances of employment at the end of January as participants in the training program "Everything in one place". It is an innovative service that functions according to the "everything in one place" system with the aim of increasing employability, especially of vulnerable groups of young people from the so-called NEET population, i.e. young people who are unemployed and are not in the process of education. He is taking soft skills course, entrepreneurship course and digital marketing course.
Regional training is organized as the third module of the soft skills course, which is dedicated to the transformation of conflicts, i.e. ways of reacting in conflict situations, techniques and approaches to conflict situations on a personal level and in working with clients and colleagues.
The four-day training will be organized in the period from May 13 to 16. 2022 in Jela Natural Resort in Rožaje.
Introductory speeches are planned at the beginning of training on May 13, starting at 3 pm. You can find the agenda of the event in attachment 1.
After completing the first phase of the training program, the participants will work on the concrete development of IT business ideas through 3 months of direct mentoring support, after which they will be able to present it at the regional event "Elevator pitch". The best presentations, 6 teams, will also receive additional support in the form of business consulting, support in finding financial resources and other important elements for starting your own business.
The project "EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE - For social inclusion and employability of young people" is a two-year program that Forum MNE implements in partnership with the Center for Youth Work (Serbia), the Office for Youth Novi Pazar and the Civic Initiative of Young People Rožaje (Montenegro), in 6 municipalities of the cross-border region of Sandžak in Serbia and Montenegro.
"EVERYTHING IN ONE PLACE" is financed by the European Union through the cross-border cooperation program Serbia - Montenegro 2014-2020, within the Instrument of Pre-Accession Assistance (IPA II), and with the support of the Ministry of Public Administration, Digital Society and Media of Montenegro.
