THE PRESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE WITH HIS ASSOCIATES LIVES IN GORŽD
Today, the "Apple Days" event, which is traditionally held in the town on the Drina, began in Goražde.
President of the Municipality of Rožaje Ejup Nurković and his associates are on a two-day visit to Goražde, at the invitation of the local mayor, Muhamed Ramović. Namely, this visit, in addition to being a sign of the aforementioned manifestation, also has a special meaning for the delegation from Rožaj, because the mayors of the two cities will sign a protocol on twinning, which will be a good prelude and postulate for further economic and cultural cooperation.
If we take into account that Goražde experienced a true economic and economic boom during the time since Muhamed Ramović was the mayor, and the percentage of unemployment was reduced to 7%. Considering that Goražde was destroyed and destroyed to the ground during the war, as was all the infrastructure, the spirit and desire for survival and life were not killed. Goražde can be an example of how, with planned moves and a good strategy, extraordinary success can be achieved in economic, social, and other fields.
The President of the Municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković, plans to continue and intensify this cooperation, so that the local administration of Rožaje will follow the good example of Goražde in certain administrative, social, strategic and technical fields that have proven to be very good in practice.
A few months ago, Ramović was a guest of the Municipality of Rožaje, when the idea of the twinning of these two cities was initiated, partly because of potential economic and economic predispositions, partly because during the war Rožaje offered a helping hand to the poor and refugees from Goražde, which the mayor of Goražde points out filled with memories, emotions and respect, and on behalf of the citizens of Goražde and on his own behalf, he thanked the citizens of Rožaj from the bottom of his heart. This visit and fraternization will surely have a good effect in the future
