Defense question of Mirsad Feleć from the XX regular session of the SO

At the XX regular session of the SO, BS councilor Mr. Mirsad Feleć, based on Article 66 of the Rules of Procedure of the SO, asked the committee's question which reads:

In the completed account of the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2012, the expenditure for the Capital Budget in the amount of €1,175,024.16 was shown, considering that we have not received any report on the funds spent for these purposes so far, I ask the following question:

- What was financed from the mentioned funds?
– How much did each investment cost individually?
- Were the objects built in accordance with the project documentation, because we assume that a project was previously done for each object?
- Was supervision conducted for each facility and a final calculation of the investment made?
- Were the buildings technically accepted upon completion?
- Has it happened that a facility was not technically accepted due to poorly executed works, and was the contractor or someone else sanctioned for that?
