Notice

Pursuant to Art. 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of Montenegro 80/2005, 40/2010), and acting on the request of the project holder GRADINA COMPANY DOO Rožaje, for the facility "Expansion of the production capacity of the slaughterhouse for the slaughter of ungulates" located at the cadastral plot number 304 KO Ibarac, Rožaje Municipality, Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection, Rožaje Municipality:

• It informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that it can inspect the request for environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation of the project holder GRADINA COMPANY DOO Rožaje, for the facility "Expansion of the production capacity of the slaughterhouse for slaughtering ungulates" located on cadastral plot no. 204 KO Ibarac Municipality Rožaje.
• The inspection can be carried out in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office number 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. starting on August 16, 2016.
• Interested bodies and organizations may, within five days of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
