Notice

Pursuant to Article 12 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (Official Gazette of Montenegro 80/05, 40/10, 40/11) Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection:

Informs interested authorities, organizations and other interested public that it can inspect the request for environmental impact assessment, with accompanying documentation of the project holder DOO Timber King Montenegro - Rožaje, for the facility "Substation 10/0-4KV" located on the cadastral plot number 1072 KO Koljeno I, Municipality of Rožaje.

Inspections can be made in the premises of the Secretariat for Planning, Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection (office no. 11) every working day from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m.

Interested bodies and organizations may, within five days from the date of receipt, i.e. publication of the notice, submit their opinion and remarks to this Secretariat, as the competent authority.
