FINAL RESULTS OF THE ELECTION

Based on Article 99 of the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro No. 4/98, 17/98, 14/00, 9/01, 41/02, 46/02, 48/06) and "Official Gazette CG" no. 46/11 and 14/14, the Municipal Election Commission publishes

FINAL RESULTS OF THE ELECTION
for councilors in the Rožaje Municipality Assembly

I Elections for councilors in the Rožaje Municipality Assembly, announced by the Decision on Calling Elections for Councilors in the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 15/2014), were held on May 25, 2014.

II In the elections held on May 25, 2014, in accordance with the Decision of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly on the number of councilors, 34 councilors were elected to the Rožaje Municipality Assembly.

III Based on the election materials received from all polling stations in the municipality of Rožaje, the overall election results are:

21,387 were registered in the voter register
a total of 14,623 voters voted, of which:
14,231 voters voted at polling stations;
392 voters voted outside the polling stations, i.e. by letter
21,387 ballots were received;
6,764 ballots were unused;
14,623 tickets were used;
there were 169 invalid ballots;
there were 14,454 valid ballots;
that there were 54 ballots taken from the reserve quota for the voting of detained and imprisoned persons.

Certain electoral lists received the following number of votes, namely:

Bosniak Democratic Community (BDZ) – Hazbija Kalač 509 votes
SDP – Clean Election for Rožaje 1992 votes
Socialist People's Party Rožaje 107 votes
For European Rozaje - Milo Đukanović 5002 votes
Bosniak Party – Rafet Husović 6844 votes

IV By applying Article 95 of the Law on the Election of Councilors and Members of Parliament, it was established that certain election lists for the election of councilors in the Rožaje Municipality Assembly received the following number of mandates:
