PUBLIC CALL FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL REGISTER OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS FOR 2015

Based on Article 33, paragraph 1 of the Decision on Sports Financing ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 38/15) and in accordance with the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 36/11 and 36 /13), the Municipality of Rožaje announces:
PUBLIC CALL
FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL REGISTER OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS FOR 2015

I Sports clubs, sports recreation organizations, sports organizations of persons with disabilities, school sports clubs and school sports associations from the territory of the municipality of Rožaje are invited to submit the following documents and data to the Secretariat for Culture, Social Activities and Sports of the Municipality of Rožaje:

Decision on registration (issued by the Administration for Youth and Sports of Montenegro, i.e. proof that they are registered in accordance with the new Law on Sports of Montenegro),
statute,
Act of incorporation,
Classification decision,
Minutes of the work of the Assembly of the sports organization,
· Plan and work program of the sports organization for 2016 (detailed financial and narrative work plan and program for 2016).
In addition to the above documents, it is necessary to fill out the application form for 2015, which can be downloaded from the office of the Secretariat for Culture, Social Activities and Sports of the Municipality of Rožaje.

II Public call for registration in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations in the Municipality of Rožaje for the year 2015, is open for 15 days from the date of publication and lasts from November 20, 2015 to December 5, 2015. .

III Sports organizations that are not registered in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations lose the right to participate in the Contest for co-financing the work program of sports organizations for 2016.
