Public call for mutual termination of employment

On the basis of Article 7 of the Decision on determining the amount of severance pay of local officials and employees employed in local government bodies and public institutions founded by the municipality number 4383 dated 03.11.2015 and the Decision on amendments to the Decision on determining the amount of severance pay of local officials and employees employed in local government bodies and public institutions founded by the Municipality number 4442 dated 06.11.2015. year, the President of the Municipality of Rožaje directs:

IV PUBLIC CALL

For mutual termination of employment

1. Interested officers and employees employed in local government bodies are invited to submit a request for mutual termination of employment to the authorities and services within 30 days from the date of publication of this invitation.

2. An employee whose employment relationship ends on the basis of mutual termination of employment is entitled to severance pay in the amount of up to 10,000 euros or 12 gross wages earned in the last month, whichever is more favorable for him.

3. An official or state employee who concludes an agreement on the termination of employment in accordance with point 2 of this invitation will have his employment terminated on the day of payment of severance pay.

4. The heads of bodies and services will decide individually on each request within 7 days from the submission of the request.

5. An employee whose employment relationship ends on the basis of point 2 of this invitation cannot establish an employment relationship in local government bodies and public services founded by the Municipality for a period of 5 years from the date of payment of severance pay.

This public invitation will be displayed on the notice board of the municipality of Rožaje and published on the official website of the municipality of Rožaje.
