Based on Article 71 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly

I CALL

IV (fourth) regular session to be held on October 30, 2014. year, (Thursday) starting at 11:00 a.m. in the hall of the Cultural Center (library).

I suggest the following for the session:

AGENDA:

Filling vacant board positions;
Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on salaries and other rights based on the work of local officials of the Municipality of Rožaje;
Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirming the Decision on giving consent to the Decision of the Board of Directors of DOO "Vodovod i Kanalizacija" Rožaje;
Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on confirmation of the Decision on granting use of the location for the organization of public parking lots of DOO "Komunalno" Rožaje;
Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the construction of local facilities of general interest;
Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the installation or construction and removal of auxiliary facilities;
Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the installation, construction and removal of temporary prefabricated buildings;
Consideration and adoption of the proposal for a Decision on the establishment or construction and removal of access ramps, elevators and similar facilities for the access and movement of persons with reduced mobility and persons with disabilities;
Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on criteria for categorization and marking of municipal roads;
Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on amendments and additions to the Decision on local administrative fees;
Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the appointment of the Council DOO Local public broadcaster Radio Rožaje;
Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on giving consent to the Statute of the National Library;
Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the organization of the Public Institution Rožaje Culture Center;
Consideration of Information on the implementation of primary health care in the Municipality of Rožaje for the year 2013;
Consideration of the Report of the JU Center for Social Work for the municipality of Rožaje for 2013;
Consideration Information on the functioning of the education system in the area of the Municipality of Rožaje for the year 2013;
Consideration Information on the operations of the Forestry Administration of PJ Rožaje for the year 2013;
Consideration and adoption of the Work Program with the financial plan of the Ju Center for Culture Rožaje for 2015;
Consideration and adoption of the Work Program with the financial plan of the Rožaje Local Business Centers for 2015;
Consideration and adoption of the work program with the financial plan of the Provincial Museum "Ganića Kula" Rožaje for 2015;
Consideration Information on the employment of officials before and during the 2014 local elections, as well as the hiring of officials after the 2014 local elections in local government bodies;
