DOO "KVATRO-RH" gave consent to the Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment

Based on Article 24 paragraph 5 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that the owner of the project LLC "KVATRO-RH", Industrial Zone Zeleni bb - Rožaje, was given decision no. UPI 06-322/22-63/7 dated April 11, 2022, which approved the Elaboration of the Environmental Impact Assessment for the building - a mobile plant for the production of ready-mixed concrete, built on floor plot no. 1413/6 KO Rožaje - municipality of Rožaje. In the conducted environmental impact assessment procedure, it was established that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18).

The consent decision established the obligation of the Project Holder to implement the project in question in accordance with the environmental protection measures established in

Elaboration of the impact assessment, which refer to:

- measures to prevent, reduce or eliminate a significant adverse impact on the environment;

- program for monitoring the impact of the project on the environment (monitoring).

An appeal can be filed against the decision on giving consent to the Elaborate to the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice in the media.
