Adopted decision on the preparation of the Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment LLC "ZORO-TRADE"

Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that DOO "ZORO-TRADE" Rožaje, adopted decision number: UPI 06-322/22-253/4 dated 14.06.2022. of the year, which determines that it is not necessary to prepare an Elaboration of Environmental Impact Assessment for the project Business building - production facility for wood processing, which was built on cadastral plot no. 460/4 KO Kalače - Rožaje municipality.

In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, it was determined that there is no need to prepare a report, as well as that no negative impact on environmental segments is expected during the implementation of the project.

Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
