Visiting the City of Novi Pazar and the Municipality of Tutin

The President of the Municipality Subština Almir Avdić, Secretary Amer Dacić and the Manager of the Municipality Mirsad Džudžević paid an official visit to the City of Novi Pazar and the Municipality of Tutin today.

There they met with the mayor of Novi Pazar Nihad Biševac, the president of Tutin Municipality Saliha Hota and the president of the SO Fazila Ferizović Berović.

The focus of the conversation was topics related to the improvement of socio-economic cooperation between the three local communities, with the assessment that it is necessary to send initiatives to the line ministries in the direction of ensuring easier movement of people and simpler flow of goods across the border crossings between Serbia and Montenegro.-Citizens Rožaja, Tutin and Novi Pazar are connected by kinship, cultural and trade ties. It is of crucial importance that all three local communities start initiatives aimed at better quality connections with neighbors, and all in order to further strengthen regional cooperation in various social areas, is one of the common messages from today's meetings.

Possibilities for the implementation of joint projects financed from European funds that would serve to improve the quality of life of people living in Rožaje, Tutin and Novi Pazar were also considered.

Today, the preparatory activities for the holding of the Sandža Games, which will be hosted next year by the municipality of Rožaje, have been agreed.
