Convocation for the fourth regular session of SO Rožaje

Based on Article 40 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", no. 02/18, 34/19 and 38/20), Article 48 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", number 38/18 and 16/21) and Article 68 of the Rules of Procedure of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations", no. 38/18 and 16/21)

4. (FOURTH) REGULAR SESSION OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE

The session will be held on February 28, 2023 (Tuesday), starting at 11 a.m., in the small hall of the Rožaje Center for Culture (reading room of the National Library).

I propose the following for the session

AGENDA:

1. Information from the Annual Report on the Implementation of the Work Program of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly for 2022;
2. Consideration and adoption of the Work Program of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly for 2023;
3. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent to the Work Plan and Program with the financial plan of DOO "Komunalno" Rožaje for the year 2023;
4. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Work Program with the financial plan of DOO "Vodovod i kanalizacija" Rožaje for the year 2023;
5. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent to the Work Program with the financial plan of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje for the year 2023;
6. Consideration and adoption of the proposal for the Decision on giving consent to the Work Plan and Program with financial projections of LLC "Ski centar Hajla" Rožaje for the year 2023;
7. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on giving consent to the Work Program with the financial plan of DOO LJE "Radio televizija Rožaje" for the year 2023;
8. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on amending the Decision on the appointment of the Rožaje Municipal Election Commission;
9. Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the dissolution of the Council of the Provincial Museum "Ganića Kula" Rožaje;
10.  Consideration and adoption of the proposal of the Decision on the dismissal of the Council of the "Narodna biblioteka Rožaje" JU;
11.  Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Board of Directors of the Ju Dnevni centar for children and youth with disabilities and difficulties in the development of the municipality of Rožaje;
12.  Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Board of Directors of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje;
13.  Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of the Chairman of the Board of Directors of DOO "Ski centar Hajla" Rožaje;
14.  Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Board of Directors of DOO "Ski centar Hajla" Rožaje;
15. Consideration and adoption of the proposed Decision on the dismissal of a member of the Board of Directors of DOO "Ski centar Hajla" Rožaje;
