To all citizens of the Islamic faith and our diaspora, I congratulate the new 1443 Hijri year. Let the messages and lessons of the Hijra be an incentive to build ourselves and our community with virtues that will help us to improve the standard of living in our municipality. Aware that we are in a time when we desperately need togetherness and unity, that's why we should do the Hijra and let's do what is up to us, so that everyone contributes to building a healthy and prosperous society.
