The president of the Rožaje SO, Almir Avdić, congratulated Eid al-Fitr

On the occasion of the coming Eid al-Fitr, I would like to send my hearty congratulations to the head of Islam in Montenegro, Rifat ef. Fejzić, to my fellow citizens of the Islamic faith, to all believers in Montenegro, Sandžak and our diaspora.

In this chosen month, we did not only fast from food and drink, but we tried to do as many good and useful deeds as possible, for us and our community, in order to strengthen our physical and spiritual condition and thus rise to the highest level of humanity.

I believe that we have all passed the tests of trials and tribulations, as well as that we have been spiritually refreshed in this month and that as such, we welcome our holiday full of joy.

And our bazaar lived Ramadan during the whole month, during the day it was peaceful and quiet, and after iftar it witnessed socializing, terawiyas and conversations.

Let's use these Eid days as a manifestation of coexistence, friendship, renewal of family and neighborly ties and, above all, the values that have always adorned it.

Let's share the happiness of Eid with everyone around us, as a value of togetherness, love and charity.
