To Ramović, the citizens of the municipality of Rožaje, the diaspora and all followers of Islam in Crma Gora and beyond, I send my heartiest congratulations on the occasion of the coming holiday, one of the most important holidays for Muslims, which serves as an incentive for charity, mutual help, harmony and unity.

Kurban Bayram is a holiday of sacrifice, but also a permanent symbol of solidarity with those who need our help. This is an opportunity to remember not only our loved ones but also our neighbors and all the people around us, especially those who are sick and poor. Our task is to complete their joy of Kurban Bayram with our good deeds. 

I wish you to spend these Eid days in joy and peace, in the circle of your closest ones.
