President Husović visited pensioners

President of Rožaje Municipality Rahman Husović, accompanied by associates, visited the Association of Pensioners in Rožaje today.

The President of the Association, Šabo Nurković, welcomed the President and emphasized that Rožaj pensioners are satisfied with the attitude of the local self-government towards their association.

,,The municipality regularly settles all obligations towards our association. You visit us often and support us in solving the problems we encounter. Rožaj pensioners are grateful to you for that", Nurković said during the conversation with Husović.

Husović and Nurković discussed key problems faced by members of the third age, such as low pensions and unresolved housing issues.

"The local self-government will continue to advocate for a better tomorrow for our pensioners, who are also one of the most vulnerable categories of the population, believing that society is obliged to provide them with a peaceful and dignified old age.", said President Husović during the meeting held in the premises of the Association.
