President Husović congratulated Ramadan

The President of the Municipality of Rožaje, Rahman Husović, on the occasion of the beginning of Ramadan, sent heartfelt congratulations to the head of the Islamic Community in Montenegro, Rifat ef. Fejzic and all members of the Islamic faith.

"Ramadan is the month of forgiveness, love, compassion and spiritual renewal of every believer. The days ahead are an opportunity to strengthen mutual connection and awareness of the importance of joint action and progress through fasting and good deeds. This year, we welcome the month of fasting under specific conditions imposed by the corona virus pandemic. Therefore, in accordance with the fundamental values of Islam, which include caring for each individual, let's spend this month in our homes, following the recommendations of the authorities, in order to jointly fight the health challenge that has gripped the world. On behalf of the Municipality of Rožaje and on my own behalf, I congratulate all members of the Islamic faith in Montenegro and the diaspora on the beginning of the blessed month of Ramadan, with the wish that they spend it in good health and comfort.", stated in President Husović's congratulatory message.
