Open September sports games

The Sports Center, in cooperation with the Municipality, organized the September Sports Games for the first time this year. The sports event is held in honor of the Municipality Day, which is celebrated on September 30.

In the coming days, the contestants will compete in five sports disciplines - table tennis, basketball, weightlifting, shot put and chess.

The Director of the Sports Center, Asad Omerović, welcomed the attendees and pointed out the importance of the sports event. He emphasized that Rožaje is a treasure trove of sports talents and that such events are an opportunity for young people to show their sports skills.

The September Games were opened by the President of the Municipality, Rahman Husović. He said that the local self-government will continue to actively invest in the development of sports in the coming period with the aim of affirming sports clubs and young people who have a bright future in sports.
