Based on Article 14 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75/18) Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

interested public that Bajram Redžepović, Vuča bb- Rožaje, was issued a Decision, number: UPI 06-322/20-350/5 dated 04.11.2020, which determines that it is not necessary to prepare an environmental impact assessment report for the project of forming planting of blueberries and procurement of equipment for planting and storage of fruits in the village of Vuča, municipality of Rožaje on floor plot number 6/4/1 KO Vuča, municipality of Rožaje.

In the conducted decision-making process on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment study, taking into account the available documentation for deciding on the need to prepare a study and data on the characteristics of the planned project, the applicable technical norms and standards prescribed for the installation, use and maintenance of this type of facility, as well as measures provided for by the Decision, it was determined that there is no need to prepare an environmental impact assessment study, as well as that no negative impact on environmental segments is expected during the implementation of the project.

Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision. The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
