Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", number 75/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje

that szr "BIBA" - Munir Bibić from Rožaj, adopted decision number: UPI 06-322/21-393/2 dated 08.12.2021. of the year, which determines that it is not necessary to prepare an environmental impact assessment report for a business facility - self-service car wash and vulcanizer shop, on cadastral parcels no. 243, 244, 245 and 246 KO Ibarac I, Rožaje municipality.
In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, it was determined that there is no need to prepare a report. Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Rožaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision.
The complaint is submitted through the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Rožaje.
