Awards for the best in Rozaj sport in 2014

In the organization of the Secretariat for Sports, and under the auspices of the Municipality of Rožaje, the best in Rožaje sports for 2014 were chosen today in Rožaje.

According to the opinion of the commission, whose president is Ajsel Kalač, secretary of the secretariat for culture and sports, the best sports team is the basketball club Ibar, which competes with success in the First League of Montenegro, the best female athlete is Armisa Kuč, member of the national team of Montenegro in football, who plays for FK Sarajevo, and at the same time she played in the famous Wembley, the temple of football, in a jersey with the national emblem. In the opinion of the Commission for the selection of the best sports achievements, the best athlete is judoka Ibra Jusuf Nurković national team member and winner of the championship title in the junior and senior competitions, the champion of the Balkans in Greece and a candidate for participation in the European Olympic Games, which will start this year in Baku (Azerbaijan).

The president of the Municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković, presented the prizes to the laureates, who emphasized that the Municipality of Rožaje will also be with its athletes in 2015, believing in even better results and promotion of our municipality and the country.

Considering that Armisa Kuč is outside our municipality, the award was received on her behalf by member of the GO FK Ibar Adem Nurković, and the award for the best sports club on behalf of the Basketball Club Ibar was received by the president of KK Ibar, Izet Bralić.
