Public call for enrollment in the municipal register of sports organizations for 2021

Based on Article 33, Paragraph 1 of the Decision on Sports Financing ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 07/19), the Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje  announces:

PUBLIC CALL
FOR ENROLLMENT IN THE MUNICIPAL REGISTER OF SPORTS ORGANIZATIONS FOR THE YEAR 2021

I Sports clubs, sports recreation organizations, sports organizations of persons with disabilities, school sports clubs and school sports associations from the territory of the municipality of Rožaje, which are not registered in the municipal register of sports organizations, are invited to submit the following documents and information to the Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje:

  • decision on registration (issued by the Ministry of Sports and Youth of Montenegro, i.e. proof that they are registered in accordance with the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 44/18);
  • statute;
  • foundation act;
  • record of the work of the Assembly of the sports organization;
  • information on the number of members of the sports organization;
  • data on the number of licensed coaches in the sports organization
  • information on whether the sports organization uses the services of DOO "Sportski centar" Rožaje, or uses its own sports fields

In addition to the above documents, it is necessary to fill out the application form for 2021, which can be downloaded from the office of the Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje.

II  Also, sports clubs, sports and recreational organizations, sports organizations of persons with disabilities, school sports clubs and school sports associations from the territory of the municipality of Rožaje, which are registered in the municipal register of sports organizations, are invited to submit to the Secretariat for Social Activities of the Municipality of Rožaje information whether there have been possible changes in the sports organization that are significant for the management of the municipal register of sports organizations.

III  The public call for registration in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations in the Municipality of Rožaje for the year 2021 is open for 15 days from the date of publication and lasts from 12/16/2020 to 12/30/2020. years.

IV  Sports organizations that are not registered in the Municipal Register of Sports Organizations lose the right to participate in the Contest for co-financing the work program of sports organizations for 2021.
