President of the Municipality Rahman Husovic accompanied by his associates, he visited the factory "INTERFOOD 35” and talked to her director Boža Bulatović.
The company "INTERFOOD 35" doo Rožaje was founded 13 years ago and deals with the purchase, processing and export of forest fruits from the area of Montenegro, mainly in the north.
Over the past years, thanks to the support of state projects and programs, including IPARD, the company has significantly modernized production and increased exports. It currently employs 33 workers and during the season up to 130. It exports its products to several foreign countries, including Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Austria and Cyprus.
President Husovic he said that he was impressed by the work organization and the business successes that the Roza company "INTERFOOD 35" records year after year.
"The business achievements of this company are an indicator of the dedicated and correct work of the entire team, especially director Bulatović, who shows us by his example that with a smart business policy and strategic planning, it is possible to form sustainable business entities with an advanced working perspective. I am pleased that a company with such capacities exists in Rožaje, especially that it employs a large number of workers.", he said Husovic.
He added that the local self-government, within the limits of its own capabilities and powers, will provide business support to small and medium-sized enterprises because, as he said, the overall future economic development of the Rožaj region will largely depend on the real production sector.

In the conversation with him, he presented the business vision of the company he heads, which is mainly based on a new wave of work modernization and additional export improvement. Bulatović introduced Husović to the challenges he faces in doing business, and he also pointed out that the current epidemiological situation has also affected his company and that he is not currently planning any new employment.
The company "INTERFOOD 35" achieved exports of almost four million euros last year.
