Today, the Central Public Hearing was held in the small CZK hall

The central public discussion on the preparation of the Nact Decision on compensation for communal equipment of construction land and the Decision on urban rehabilitation was held today, November 13, in the small hall of the Rožaje Culture Center.

In accordance with the Law on Local Self-Government and the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje, the discussion lasted 15 days, and during this period the interested public, public institutions, non-governmental organizations and all interested citizens had the opportunity to make comments and suggestions regarding the Draft Decision.

The public debate was attended by representatives of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection and interested citizens, with the presence of the local media, Radio Television Rožaje.

Decisions will be sent to the Government of Montenegro through the Ministry of Sustainable Development and Tourism for approval in accordance with the Law on Spatial Planning and Construction of Buildings.

After obtaining approval for the Draft Decisions, they will be sent to the local parliament for adoption.

The Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection concluded that these are very important decisions that are of general local interest.
