CONGRATULATIONS FROM THE PRESIDENT OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJE, EJUP NURKOVIĆ ON THE OCCASION OF THE UPCOMING RAMADAN BAYRAM

The president of the municipality of Rožaje, Ejup Nurković, addressed the head of the Islamic community in Montenegro, Rifat ef. To Fejzić and to all members of the Islamic faith in the municipality and the diaspora, a greeting on the occasion of Ramadan Bajram:

Dear citizens,

The days of Eid gifts, solidarity and care for our loved ones are coming. Eid al-Fitr reminds us of the importance and constant need of mutual help, love and attention, for the good and prosperity of each individual and community.

Ramadan was the month of performing worship and getting closer to the Creator, reminding us of the obligation of community in faith symbolized by humanity. I hope that after the month of fasting, we have become nobler people, ready to contribute to the peace and prosperity of our society.

Eid is a good opportunity to strengthen family and friendly relations, and to try to build them with our non-Muslim neighbors, with whom we live in our community.

The secret of the success of great nations is mutual help, respect and sincere friendship, and all these virtues must be especially expressed in these Mubarak days.
