February 24 and 25 International Festival "Golden Snowflake" 2023.

Under the auspices of the Municipality of Rožaje, the Rožaje Culture Center is organizing this year the 30th International Children's Song Festival "Golden Flake" in 2023, which will be held on February 24 and 25.

The first evening is reserved for participants from Montenegro, while the second evening is of international character, where competitors from abroad will be presented.
