Based on Article 9 of the Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Rožaje for 2016 (Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations No. 4/2016), Article 18, Point 7 of the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje (Official Gazette of Montenegro Municipal Regulations No. O9/11) The Secretariat for Economic Development and Entrepreneurship announces:
