DRAFT DECISION ON AMENDMENTS TO THE STATUTES OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF ROŽAJA

Based on Article 109 of the Law on Local Self-Government ("Official Gazette of the Republic of Montenegro", No. 42/03, 28/04, 75/05 and 13/06 and "Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 88/09, 3/10, 38/12 and 10/14) and Article 2 of the Decision on the Determination of the Draft Decision on Amendments to the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" number 18/16), Service of the Assembly of the Municipality of Rožaje, refers

PUBLIC CALL

Councilors in the Assembly of the Municipality of Rožaje, representatives of local administration, public services founded by the Municipality, local communities of urban and rural areas, non-governmental organizations based in Rožaje, representatives of the civil sector and other public and natural persons, to participate in the public debate on the Draft Decision on amendments to the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje. Submit your comments, remarks, proposals and suggestions on the text of the Draft Decision on Amendments to the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje to the Office of the Rožaje Municipality Assembly in written or electronic form at the address: Ul. Maršala Tita bb., office of the Assembly Service No. 3 or to the e-mail address: [email protected].

The public hearing will last from April 29, 2016. until May 13, 2016.

The main public hearing on the Draft Decision on Amendments to the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje will be held on May 13, 2016, starting at 11:00 a.m., in the Small Hall of the Culture Center (library), where all interested parties can attend and take participation in public discussion.

Citizens of the municipality of Rožaje and other participants in the public debate can download a copy of the Draft Decision on Amendments to the Statute of the Municipality of Rožaje at the Office of the Assembly, office no. 3, every working day from 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.
