{"id":9455,"date":"2014-03-26T14:46:41","date_gmt":"2014-03-26T14:46:41","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/?p=9455"},"modified":"2015-01-20T09:33:46","modified_gmt":"2015-01-20T09:33:46","slug":"kreditne-linije-za-mala-i-srednja-preduzeca-u-rozajama","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/en\/kreditne-linije-za-mala-i-srednja-preduzeca-u-rozajama\/","title":{"rendered":"Credit lines for small and medium enterprises in Ro\u017eaje"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Zoran Vuk\u010devi\u0107, president of the Board of Directors of the Investment and Development Fund, paid an official visit to Ro\u017eaj at the invitation of the Mayor of the Municipality today.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">The purpose of the visit was to introduce all the possibilities of more than 15 credit lines available to the Investment Development Fund to entrepreneurs who do business in Ro\u017eaje, and at the same time to bring the existing credit possibilities closer to potential young businessmen.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was pointed out that a significant number of business entities in Ro\u017eaje are already beneficiaries of the funds of this institution, and due to difficult business conditions, the possibility was left to discuss the possible reprogramming of claims in order to create the most favorable conditions for overcoming problems in these companies in business.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">It was also discussed with the local administration and the possibilities of financing projects in the field of communal infrastructure, which would mean the stimulation of development, above all, of agriculture in this environment as one of the strategic branches of development. The municipality of Ro\u017eaje has preliminarily submitted a project for the construction of rural roads and water supply, for which initial support has been provided and the preparation of technical documentation will continue, which will create the conditions for the realization of this investment.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">Other models of credit support for agricultural producers - farmers were discussed, where the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje and the Fund would jointly finance part of the economic activities in this area, the concretization of the agreement will follow.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">After the end of the official part of the visit program, representatives of the Investment Development Fund and the local administration visited several companies from our area.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">IRF credit conditions are: interest rate from 3.5% to 7%, grace period up to 2 years, and repayment term up to 10 years. These are by far the most favorable credit terms offered on the capital market.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\">For 2014, 15 credit lines in the total amount of 55 million euros were prepared for implementation. In this way, we want to make an additional effort to solve the most important problem in Montenegro, which is unemployment.
