Na osnovu \u010dlana 153\u00a0 Poslovnika o radu \u00a0Skup\u0161tine op\u0161tine Ro\u017eaje (,,Sl. list CG \u2013 Op\u0161tinski propisi\u201d br. 38\/18 I 16\/21), objavljuje se<\/p>\n\n\n\n

nevladinim organizacijama za prijavljivanje u\u010de\u0161\u0107a na XI (jedanaestu) redovnu sjednic<\/strong>
Assembly of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n


Pozivaju se nevladine organizacije sa sjedi\u0161tem u Ro\u017eajama, da podnesu prijave za u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u radu XI redovne  sjednice Skup\u0161tine op\u0161tine Ro\u017eaje, koja je zakazana za 29.02.2024.godine, (\u010detvrtak) sa po\u010detkom u 11,00 \u010dasova, u maloj sali JU Centar za kultruru (\u010ditaonica Narodne biblioteke).<\/p>\n\n\n\n


The provisions of Article 150 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje provide that a representative of a non-governmental organization can participate in the work of the Assembly session (the so-called "free chair" institute) if the non-governmental organization meets the following conditions:
        - that it has been registered for at least one year;
        - to have its seat on the territory of the municipality;
        - that in the previous year: implemented one or more projects in the municipality or participated in at least one public campaign in the municipality or implemented at least two one-off actions of importance for the municipality, or participated with specific proposals in at least three public discussions that were conducted in the municipality;
        - that the Statute has established activities and goals of action for the subject area i
        - that it has members who have experience and know the subject in question or has associates who have expert references on the subjects in question.

         A non-governmental organization that meets the requirements from paragraph 1 of this article has the right to propose, that is, to appoint a representative of the non-governmental organization that will participate in the work of the session.

         Uz prijavu za u\u010de\u0161\u0107e na XI  redovnu  sjednicu Skup\u0161tine, radi kori\u0161\u0107enja instituta ,,slobodna stolica\u201d nevladina organizacija je du\u017ena dostaviti Slu\u017ebi za  skup\u0161tinske poslove:

       - application for participation in the work of the session, signed by a person who is authorized to represent or represent a non-governmental organization, with documentation based on which the fulfillment of the conditions from the previous article is determined;
      \u2013 Statute of a non-governmental organization;
      - Decision on founding a non-governmental organization;
      - a statement by the person authorized to represent or represent the non-governmental organization that there are no members of political parties or public officials in the governing body, in terms of regulations on preventing conflicts of interest.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Prijavu za u\u010de\u0161\u0107e na sjednicu Skup\u0161tine nevladine organizacije dostavljaju predsjedniku Skup\u0161tine preko Gra\u0111anskog biroa-pisarnica Op\u0161tine Ro\u017eaje,ul.Mar\u0161ala Tita br.1 ili elektronskim putem na e- mail\u00a0skupstinaopstinerozaje@t-com.me<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Non-governmental organizations submit their application for participation in the Assembly session to the President of the Assembly no later than 7 days before the Assembly session, with the obligation to specify the item on the agenda for which they are applying for participation in the Assembly session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pozivaju se nevladine organizacije sa sjedi\u0161tem u Ro\u017eajama, da podnesu prijave za u\u010de\u0161\u0107e u radu XII redovne \u00a0sjednice Skup\u0161tine op\u0161tine Ro\u017eaje, koja je zakazana za 07.03.2024.godine, (\u010detvrtak) sa po\u010detkom u 11,00 \u010dasova, u maloj sali JU Centar za kultruru (\u010ditaonica Narodne biblioteke).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
