that the project holder is the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje-Secretariat for Finance and Economic Development - Service for Development Projects, ul. "M. Tita" no. 1 Ro\u017eaje, decision no. UPI 06-322\/22-220\/10 dated August 16, 2022, which approved the Elaboration on Environmental Impact Assessment for the project Construction of a wastewater treatment plant in the municipality of Ro\u017eaje, on cadastral plots no. 1374\/1, 1374\/2, 1374\/3, 1374\/4, 1374\/5, 1374\/6, 1374\/7, 1374\/10, 1374\/19, 1374\/29, 1374\/34, 1373, 2514\/2, 1514\/3, 2514\/4 KO Ro\u017eaje, Ro\u017eaje municipality.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the conducted environmental impact assessment procedure, it was determined that the Environmental Impact Assessment Report was prepared in accordance with the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment ("Official Gazette of Montenegro", No. 75\/18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The consent decision established the obligation of the Project Holder to carry out the implementation of the subject project in accordance with the environmental protection measures established in the Elaboration of Impact Assessment, which refer to:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- measures to prevent, reduce or eliminate a significant adverse impact on the environment;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
- program for monitoring the impact of the project on the environment (monitoring).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
An appeal can be filed against the decision on giving consent to the Elaborate to the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, within 15 days from the date of publication of the notice in the media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
