{"id":25755,"date":"2022-03-17T13:06:18","date_gmt":"2022-03-17T12:06:18","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/?p=25755"},"modified":"2022-03-22T10:00:07","modified_gmt":"2022-03-22T09:00:07","slug":"poziv-nvo-za-prijavljivanje-ucesca-na-xxv-sjednicu-skupstine-opstine-rozaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/en\/poziv-nvo-za-prijavljivanje-ucesca-na-xxv-sjednicu-skupstine-opstine-rozaje\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation for NGOs to apply for participation in the 25th session of the Ro\u017eaje Municipal Assembly"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"511\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Untitled-1-1024x511.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-18402\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Untitled-1-1024x511.jpg 1024w, https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Untitled-1-600x300.jpg 600w, https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/07\/Untitled-1.jpg 1920w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">Based on Article 153 of the Rules of Procedure of the Ro\u017eaje Municipality Assembly (&quot;Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations&quot; no. 38\/18 and 16\/21), it is published<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Call<\/strong><br \/><strong>non-governmental organizations for registering participation in the XXV session<\/strong> <strong>Assembly of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-left\">Non-governmental organizations based in Ro\u017eaje are invited to submit applications for participation in the work of the XXV session of the Ro\u017eaje Municipal Assembly, which is scheduled for March 30, 2022. year, (Wednesday) starting at 11:00 a.m., in the small hall of the JU Center for Culture (reading room of the National Library).<br \/><br \/>The provisions of Article 150 of the Rules of Procedure of the Ro\u017eaje Municipality Assembly provide that a representative of a non-governmental organization can participate in the work of the Assembly session (the so-called &quot;free chair&quot; institute) if the non-governmental organization meets the following conditions:<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 - that it has been registered for at least one year;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 - to have its seat on the territory of the municipality;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 - that in the previous year: implemented one or more projects in the municipality or participated in at least one public campaign in the municipality or implemented at least two one-off actions of importance for the municipality, or participated with specific proposals in at least three public hearings conducted in the municipality;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 - that in the Statute it has established activities and goals of action for the subject area - that it has members who have experience and knowledge of the topic in question or associates who have professional references on the topics in question.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0A non-governmental organization that meets the requirements from paragraph 1 of this article has the right to propose, that is, to appoint a representative of the non-governmental organization that will participate in the work of the session.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0Along with the application for participation in the 25th session of the Assembly, in order to use the &quot;free chair&quot; institute, the non-governmental organization must submit to the Assembly Affairs Service:<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 - application for participation in the work of the session, signed by a person who is authorized to represent or represent a non-governmental organization, with documentation based on which the fulfillment of the conditions from the previous article is determined; <br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2013 Statute of a non-governmental organization;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- Decision on founding a non-governmental organization;<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0- a statement by the person authorized to represent or represent the non-governmental organization that there are no members of political parties or public officials in the governing body, in terms of regulations on preventing conflicts of interest.<br \/>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0The application for participation in the session of the Assembly of non-governmental organizations is submitted to the President of the Assembly through the Citizens&#039; Bureau - Ro\u017eaje Municipality office, ul.
