{"id":25305,"date":"2021-12-08T14:13:42","date_gmt":"2021-12-08T13:13:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/?p=25305"},"modified":"2022-09-13T10:47:06","modified_gmt":"2022-09-13T09:47:06","slug":"poziv-nevladinim-organizacijama-za-prijavljivanje-ucesca-na-xxiv-sjednicu-so-rozaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/en\/poziv-nevladinim-organizacijama-za-prijavljivanje-ucesca-na-xxiv-sjednicu-so-rozaje\/","title":{"rendered":"Invitation to non-governmental organizations to apply for participation in the XXIV session of the Ro\u017eaje SO"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"rt\">Based on Article 153 of the Rules of Procedure of the Ro\u017eaje Municipality Assembly (&quot;Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations&quot; no. 38\/18 and 16\/21), it is published<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>INVITATION<\/strong><br \/><strong>non-governmental organizations for registering participation in the XXIV session<\/strong><br \/><strong>Assembly of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">Non-governmental organizations based in Ro\u017eaje are invited to submit applications for participation in the work of the XXIV session of the Ro\u017eaje Municipal Assembly, which is scheduled for December 23, 2021, (Thursday), starting at 11:00 a.m., in the small hall of the JU Center for culture (reading room of the National Library).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">The provisions of Article 150 of the Rules of Procedure of the Assembly of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje provide that a representative of a non-governmental organization can participate in the work of the Assembly session (the so-called &quot;free chair&quot; institute) if the non-governmental organization meets the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>that it has been registered for at least one year;<\/li><li>to have its headquarters in the territory of the municipality;<\/li><li>that in the previous year: implemented one or more projects in the municipality or participated in at least one public campaign in the municipality or implemented at least two one-off actions of importance for the municipality, or participated with concrete proposals in at least three public discussions that were conducted in the municipality;<\/li><li>that the Statute has established activities and goals of action for the subject area and<\/li><li>that it has members who have experience and know the topic in question or has associates who have expert references on the topics in question.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">A non-governmental organization that meets the requirements from paragraph 1 of this article has the right to propose, that is, to appoint a representative of the non-governmental organization that will participate in the work of the session.<br \/><br \/>Along with the application for participation in the XXIV session of the Assembly, in order to use the &quot;free chair&quot; institute, the non-governmental organization must submit to the Assembly Affairs Service:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>an application for participation in the work of the session, signed by a person who is authorized to represent or represent a non-governmental organization, with documentation based on which the fulfillment of the conditions from the previous article is determined;<\/li><li>Statute of non-governmental organization;<\/li><li>Decision on the establishment of a non-governmental organization;<\/li><li>statement of the person authorized to represent or represent the non-governmental organization that there are no members of political party bodies and public officials in the governing body, in terms of regulations on preventing conflicts of interest.<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">The application for participation in the session of the Assembly of non-governmental organizations is submitted to the President of the Assembly through the Civil Bureau of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, ul. Marshal Tito No. 1 or electronically to e-mail:&nbsp;<a href=\"mailto:skupstinaopstinerozaje@t-com.me\">skupstinaopstinerozaje@t-com.me<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">Non-governmental organizations submit their application for participation in the Assembly session to the President of the Assembly no later than 7 days before the Assembly session, with the obligation to specify the item on the agenda for which they are applying for participation in the Assembly session.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center rt\"><strong>SERVICE FOR ASSEMBLY AFFAIRS OF THE ASSEMBLY OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF RO\u017dAJE<\/strong><\/p>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Based on Article 153 of the Rules of Procedure of the Ro\u017eaje Municipality Assembly (&quot;Official Gazette of Montenegro -
