The appeal applies especially to natural persons. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"960\" height=\"643\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2021\/08\/220520926_2357410734393137_5598550887381359689_n.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-24224\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">By paying the obligations, citizens will avoid forced collection procedures from their personal income, and those who are not employed, the registration of mortgages for buildings that are liable for taxes. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">We emphasize that Ro\u017eaje is a municipality whose tax rates, according to which taxes are calculated, are among the lowest in Montenegro. In addition, Ro\u017eaje is the only municipality in the country that does not calculate interest for outstanding property tax debt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">By properly collecting taxes, I will be much more ready as a community to respond to public needs more quickly and easily.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">Relief<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">\u25aa\ufe0e The Local Revenue Administration offers citizens the opportunity to pay real estate taxes in installments, as well as write off part of claims that have expired, in accordance with the Law on Tax Administration.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">\u25aa\ufe0eFrom the beginning of 2021, the local self-government of Ro\u017eaj uses new software that enables more accurate records of real estate data, which enables more efficient tax collection.<img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"16\" height=\"16\" alt=\"&#x27a1;&#xfe0f;\" src=\"https:\/\/static.xx.fbcdn.net\/images\/emoji.php\/v9\/t9e\/1\/16\/27a1.png\"\/>The presence of our fellow citizens from the diaspora is an opportunity to resolve property-legal relations and to settle property tax obligations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">Poor tax collection is a long-standing problem Director of the Local Public Revenue Administration Elvis Zeki\u0107 says that the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje has been facing problems caused by non-payment of obligations by citizens when it comes to real estate tax collection.
