{"id":23488,"date":"2020-12-21T14:39:00","date_gmt":"2020-12-21T13:39:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/?p=23488"},"modified":"2020-12-21T14:39:02","modified_gmt":"2020-12-21T13:39:02","slug":"obavjstenje-sekretarijata-za-uredjenje-prostora-i-zastitu-zivotne-sredine","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/en\/obavjstenje-sekretarijata-za-uredjenje-prostora-i-zastitu-zivotne-sredine\/","title":{"rendered":"Notification of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection"},"content":{"rendered":"<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1200\" height=\"794\" src=\"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/12\/rjesenje.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-23489\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (&quot;Official Gazette of Montenegro&quot;, number 75\/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><strong>Informs<br \/>interested public<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">da je Nurkovi\u0107 Asmiru iz Ro\u017eaja, donijeto rje\u0161enje broj:\u00a0UPI 06-322\/20-406\/2 \u00a0od 21.12.2020.godine, kojim se utvr\u0111uje da nije potrebna izrada Elaborata procjene uticaja na \u017eivotnu sredinu za poljoprivredno gazdinstvo i traktor ,,SOLIS\u00a0 model\u00a0 S26 4WD\u201c\u00a0 sa priklju\u010dcima na kat.parceli br 787\u00a0 KO Ibarac I, op\u0161tina Ro\u017eaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, it was determined that there is no need to prepare a report, as well as that no negative impact on environmental segments is expected during the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"rt\">Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision.
