{"id":23454,"date":"2020-12-15T11:41:41","date_gmt":"2020-12-15T10:41:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/?p=23454"},"modified":"2020-12-15T11:41:44","modified_gmt":"2020-12-15T10:41:44","slug":"obavjestenje-sekretarijata-za-uredjenje-prostora-i-zastitu-zivotne-sredine-2","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/en\/obavjestenje-sekretarijata-za-uredjenje-prostora-i-zastitu-zivotne-sredine-2\/","title":{"rendered":"Notice of the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Based on Article 14 and in connection with Article 28 of the Law on Environmental Impact Assessment (&quot;Official Gazette of Montenegro&quot;, number 75\/18), the Secretariat for Spatial Planning and Environmental Protection of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Informs<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">interested public<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>that Hidajet Muri\u0107, Klanac bb- Ro\u017eaje, was issued a decision number: UPI 06-322\/20-400\/3 dated 14.12.2020, which determines that it is not necessary to prepare an Environmental Impact Assessment Report for the Agricultural Equipment Procurement Project farm in the village of Klanac, municipality of Ro\u017eaje, on floor plots 422, 436 and 513\/2 KO Donja Lovnica, municipality of Ro\u017eaje.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In the decision-making process carried out on the need to prepare an environmental impact assessment report, it was determined that there is no need to prepare a report, as well as that no negative impact on environmental segments is expected during the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instruction on legal protection: An appeal against this decision can be filed with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje within 15 days from the date of delivery of the decision.
