Based on Article 14 of the Decision on Co-financing of Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro - Municipal Regulations" No. 07\/19) and in accordance with Article 117 of the Law on Sports ("Official Gazette of Montenegro" No. 044\/18), the Secretary of the Secretariat for Local self-government and social activities of the municipality of Ro\u017eaje, on the proposal of the Commission for co-financing the program of sports clubs in the municipality of Ro\u017eaje, adopts:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

THE DECISION<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

And the Secretary of the Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Social Activities of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, at the proposal of the Commission for co-financing the program of sports clubs in the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, and in accordance with the Budget of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje for 2019, the amount intended for the financing of sports clubs and sports-recreational societies of 160,000, 00 distributes as follows:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<\/tr><\/tbody><\/table>\n\n\n\n

Concluding with number 15. TOTAL \u20ac160,000.00<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

II The payment of funds will be made in accordance with the realization of the Budget of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje for the year 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

III Sports clubs that have been allocated funds are obliged to submit a report on the expenditure of allocated funds to the Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Social Activities of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje by the end of 2019.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

About the explanation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Decision on the Budget of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje for 2019 provides \u20ac160,000.00 for the financing of sports organizations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Social Activities of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, in accordance with the Decision on the Co-financing of Sports of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, has announced a Tender for the distribution of funds for the co-financing of the work program of sports clubs for the year 2019, No. 42 of 01.25.2019. years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The president of the municipality, by decision no. 330 of 21.02.2019. formed the Committee for co-financing of sports, with the task of preparing a proposal for co-financing the work program of sports clubs based on the submitted applications under the public competition.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Committee for Sports Co-financing considered the submitted applications for the said Contest and with the application of the criteria stipulated in Article 9 of the Decision on Sports Co-financing in the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje (social importance of the sports discipline, mass, ranking of the competition, number of registered competition leagues, age categories, position taken in the competition season, Cup competition and other achieved results, equal participation of men and women, organization of national and international competitions, scoring of Olympic sports, criteria for the existence of a club, scoring of team and individual placement of age categories and achieved results in national and international competitions), as well as the Rules of Procedure of the Commission for co-financing sports in the municipality of Ro\u017eaje no. 329 from 01.04.2019. year, on 01.04.2019. drew up minutes in which she proposed to the secretary of the Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Social Activities, as the local government body responsible for sports, to pass a decision on the distribution of funds to sports organizations in the amounts specified in the enacting clause of the Decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the aforementioned minutes and in accordance with Article 14 of the decision on co-financing of sports, the secretary of the Secretariat for Local Self-Government and Social Activities of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje, accepted the proposal and distributed funds to sports clubs as in the enacting clause of the Decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Based on the above, it was decided as in the operative part of the decision.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

LEGAL LESSON<\/strong>: Against this Decision, the dissatisfied party can file a complaint with the Chief Administrator of the Municipality of Ro\u017eaje within 15 days from the day of delivery. The complaint is submitted through this body.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
