{"id":19293,"date":"2018-11-28T20:06:28","date_gmt":"2018-11-28T19:06:28","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/?p=19293"},"modified":"2019-03-28T00:55:14","modified_gmt":"2019-03-27T23:55:14","slug":"zavrsena-peta-redovna-sjednica-skupstine-opstine-rozaje","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.rozaje.me\/en\/zavrsena-peta-redovna-sjednica-skupstine-opstine-rozaje\/","title":{"rendered":"The fifth regular session of the Ro\u017eaje Municipality Assembly has ended"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Absence of the mayor<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> Ejup Nurkovi\u0107<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> from the 5th regular session of the Ro\u017eaje Municipality Assembly<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, was the reason for the session<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">of the local parliament, which was supposed to take place on Monday 26 November,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">it was postponed <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">today<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">Councilors needed it<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">six hours of work to exhaust the agenda<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, 5th regular sessions,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">of 15 points. <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">They are adopted<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> financial <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">reports <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">for 2017, companies and institutions founded by SO, with work plans for 2018.<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> These materials were supposed to be considered at the beginning of this year, but due to<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> then current <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">crisis of legislative power, that is <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">the impossibility of securing a quorum in the Assembly, and later of holding local elections<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">these decisions are just <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, at the end of November, <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">came to the agenda of the Assembly.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">As expected, councilors spent the most time<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">, arguing<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> about report<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">secrets <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">DOO &quot;Vodovod i Sewerija&quot; and DOO &quot;Communal&quot;<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">The opposition expressed objections to the reports <\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">of these companies<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">,<\/span><\/span> <span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">considering above all,<\/span><\/span><a name=\"_GoBack\"><\/a><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">that there are a lot of debts which<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">and are not chargeable<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\"> \u00a0<\/span><\/span><span class=\"s2\"><span class=\"bumpedFont15\">and are recorded as receivables.
